Refund policy

As a small business, we are currently unable to offer refunds. However, we strive to satisfy our customers by offering exchange possibilities on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must not have been worn and must be in its original packaging. We also offer exchanges in case of breakage within 30 days of purchase.

To proceed with an exchange, the buyer must return the item at their own expense within 14 days. Once we have received the item and verified that it has not been worn, we will contact the buyer to confirm the exchange. Once this process is complete, we will proceed with sending the new item. All items labeled as 'on sale' or 'discounted' are considered final sales. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for these items. We thank you for your understanding.
