Refund and Exchange Policy

At ByAphrodyte, we value our customers and strive to provide the best experience with every purchase.

Refunds:
We are pleased to now offer refunds for eligible items! To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unworn, with the original tag still attached, and in its original packaging.
  • Requests for refunds must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

To process your refund:

  1. Contact us at contact@byaphrodyte.com with your order details and the reason for your request.
  2. Return the item at your own expense within the given timeframe.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

Exchanges:
We also continue to offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria as above (unworn, tagged, and in the original packaging). Exchanges for defective items (e.g., breakage) are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Final Sale Policy:
All items labeled as 'on sale' or 'discounted' are considered final sales. These items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
