I started running simply because I was looking for a new way to train. I used to lift weights a lot, and I wanted to improve my cardiovascular endurance. But very quickly, I realized running was more than just a physical activity.

Running gave me a unique feeling. As soon as I start, I enter a kind of bubble. It’s like a moving meditation. It’s a moment where I can be completely alone — no phone, no distractions — just me and my breath. It brings me peace. My thoughts become clearer, sharper.

I fell in love with that silence, that calm space where the outside noise fades away.

Yes, running is great for my body. But for me, it’s also become something deeply spiritual. It’s a moment where I reconnect with myself — where I take care of my body, but also my mind.

Running was truly love at first stride.
